Want to know what to do in New York City? NYC & Company, New York City's official marketing and tourism organization, recently launched a global tourism campaign called "Just Ask the Locals".
For the campaign, Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg asked some of New York's most famous residents to participate by welcoming visitors and offering them personal tips on how to get the most from the city.
The celebrity locals include actors Robert De Niro and Julianne Moore, sports star Tiki Barber, and comedian Jimmy Fallon. The celebrities were photographed in their favorite city spaces, and asked to offer insider tips on what to do and see. There are tips on everything from where to get the best late-night pizza to where to see the best art.
